May 2023 Welcome to the Solera MEP engineering design services web site! We started in 2017 as a sole proprietor consulting firm providing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design services. Now we have a staff of 4 with plans to double by 2025 (or sooner). Our mission is to provide project excellence, make a fair profit, and have fun along the way. Solera’s client base covers a wide spectrum of public and private sector entities throughout Bend, Central Oregon, and the Eugene Metropolitan area. These include construction, commercial building, residential building, energy, manufacturing companies and government agencies. Our focus: achieve customer satisfaction on every project we do through delivery excellence. To achieve this goal, we must first satisfy the regulatory agencies that approve our designs and the contractors and subcontractors that build them. Mentoring, empowering, and listening to our employees remains a major ingredient in Solera’s success formula.
